productionRI / Workflow
We join meetings online so we can work with our production equipment. Once preliminary drawings are ready, it is a good time to begin.
Please introduce us to your designer and let them know you are arranging visualization as the owner. If they are already producing renderings, we will discuss how best to coordinate the work.
We approach the visualization from your perspective as the owner: what you need to understand, and what you want the place to become. We stay alongside you until construction begins, with no additional revision fees during that period.
When designers outsource renderings, the fee may cover work only up to the owner presentation, with later revisions charged separately. Budgets can also limit the number of views. Understanding these differences early helps you choose the support you need.
Learn more in our guide to ongoing CG production costs.
We work alongside your designer, rendering the views they request and using VR to let you explore the design at each stage. Fixed-view VR is available for Mac users.
We also share concerns from an everyday user’s perspective and discuss them with your designer. Viewing options depend on your computer, so we confirm compatibility with you in advance.
Before construction starts, we refine the model with your designer’s feedback. Look at it as though you were stepping into the completed store: what would you want to change before accepting the space? This is the time to work through those questions.
Revisions may also be possible after construction begins, but the model and the actual site can diverge as work progresses. We will discuss any changes with you and your designer.
The model data and perspective images we create will be delivered via cloud storage.
Please make good use of it as an asset in your store development.
